I listening to this song while i was drawing this. Her name is Azullia. Azul is spanish is blue and she has blue hair which is so awesome. I love how i colored her dress and the fading effect. My scanner ruined her skin color however, but i'm glad it didn't screw up her dress or her hair. Hope you like it.
